COMPONENTS: The paint is made of chlorinated Polyethylene resin , synthetic resins and plasticizers inert pigments and auxiliary etc.. 2.Specification: The coating is easr to dry for its reliability on solvent evaporation for drying and can be uesd under various temperature. The film enjoys good mechanical properties,flexibility, excellent cold resistance, excellent weathering resistance, ozone and water resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance tec.. 3.functions: It can be widely used in the metal and cemen surfaces of various indoor and outdoor severity to anti-rust, anti-corrosion protection,also can be coated the railway bridges, high-voltage transmission towers, containers, offshore drilling and production equipment, undercarriage of vehicles, heavy machinery, ships, and the pipeline and other equipment in different environments. 4.reference to construction 1.The paint enjoys short construction cycle and low cost and can be apllied to all pinating ways –brush,spray and roll coating.The surface coating and supporting coating as well as their thickness should be on the requirement of anti-corrosin. 2, the coating can be dried baking (80 ° C -85 ° C, 6h), or dried at room temperature for 48 h, but preferably should have 1 -2 weeks of the maintenance period before use. 3.In case large scale leakage of the coating in construction, we offer iro red and iron colored primer which can be used alternately. |
