APPLICATION
Hammertone Patterns
Spray at package consistency using conventional
spray equipment. Apply one full
wet coat. Do not respray as that will hinder
pattern formation.
Opalescent Finish
Reduce 75 to 100% with Toluol (R2K1).
Apply one full wet coat followed immediately
with a light mist coat. The mist coat
can be applied by partial triggering. The
extra air helps stop flow and pattern.
Conventional Spray:
Air Pressure .......................... 40-60 psi
Fluid Pressure ....................... 10-15 psi
Cap/Tip ........................DeVilbiss 765/E
May also be applied with a HVLP spray
system.
Cleanup:
Clean tools/equipment immediately after
use with Toluol, R2K1, or Xylol, R2K4.
Follow manufacturer's safety recommendations
when using any solvent.
SPECIFICATIONS
Product Limitations:
• Do not expose to temperatures over
225°F for extended lengths of time.
• Provides limited exterior durability.
• For hammered effect, do not reduce.
• The hammertone pattern may be affected
by very rough surfaces.
