PAINTING SYSTEM
Applied substrates Bare steel.
Preceding coat Cordepoxy,Cordthane,Cordchlor or according to the coating systems of Colouroad.
SURFACE PREPARTION
●Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water hosing.
●Degrease according to SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning.
●Remove weld spatter and smooth weld seams and sharp edges.
●Remove rust,mill-scale and damaged shop primer by blasting to ISO Sa2.5(SSPC-SP10) or by power tooling to ISO St3.0.
●Remove dust and dirt by highpressure air before paint application.
●Be sure that the surface is clean and dry prior to application.
